TELECOMMUTING FACILITY REIMBURSEMENT

1. Complete a Telecommuting Facility Reimbursement Information Sheet for each user. (All users must give a copy of their agency approved Information Sheet to the appropriate Telecenter Director. The sheet registers and guarantees reimbursement of telecenter services to GSA.)

2. Send a copy of the information sheet to GSA, Business Service 1800 F Street NW. B Room 4333 ATTN: Penny Einarsen Washington, DC 20405

3. Make reservations at a GSA Telecenter by telephoning the appropriate center director as follows:
