U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Kay Coles James to Address the Asian Diversity Conference and Career Expo in New York City

Will remind participants of President Bush's Commitment to Diversity

Washington, D.C. -- U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Kay Coles James is scheduled to address the Asian Diversity Conference and Expo on Friday, November 14, from 11:30 a.m. to noon at the Javits Convention Center in New York City.

James' speech, The Honor of Working for America: Diversity Initiatives in the Federal Work Force, will address the need to reach out to every community and to fulfill the Administration's promise to create a truly representative federal work force.

The Expo will bring a broad section of individuals from corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations seeking information on work force diversity and its importance.
